To get the perfect fit for KOI FOOTWEAR, here are some guidelines:
- Our footwear is shown in US/UK sizes
- US sizes for ladies are the same as Australian (US=AU size)
- Order the same size you normally wear US/UK/AU

If you ordered the wrong size,
You followed all the instructions and still your shoe arrived and it is big or too small. Don't worry, we offer exchanges. No extra charges, No inventory refill fees, no extra shipping costs.
