New Zealand and international shipping

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases at OtherWorld Shoes!

If your shoes don't fit well, we are happy to exchange them with a bigger or smaller size without any hesitation. (You only need to send your shoes back to us then we will send you a different size without any extra charge.)

If you are just not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return and give you a store credit.

If your product is damaged, or there is a manufacturer fault, we will accept the return and refund all of your money.
